B3015 Cantilever Laser Machine
B3015 Features
The cantilever design permits easy access on three sides of the cutting table. Precision motion is transmitted via the lead screw nut. German and Japanese brand name components are utilized for the high precision ball screws, low-noise ball lead guide, high precision bearing, high stability pneumatic parts and and high quality optical components.
Flexibility is designed in, as it is easy to replace the worktable and to install a rotary device for cutting pipes. A sheet metal shuttle table is offered as an option.
PRC Laser brand resonators are available in your choice of 2.2 KW, 3.0 KW, and 4.0 KW. All resonators are backed by a two year warranty.

Using the traditional gantry beam with flying optic design, this high speed and high precision machine provides good structural rigidity and perfect stability. Safety and reliability are built in, with an enclosed laser beam and optical path. The replaceable lens cartridge permits easy and fast lens cleaning. The capacitance head maintains focus height over the entire metal sheet. The Movable CNC electric-control worktable is seamlessly integrated into the control system, ensuring maximum laser cutting time for your investment.
The shuttle table comes standard with the enclosed gantry machine. With dual tables, parts can be unloaded and reloaded while laser cutting, in order to maximize productivity.
